Your details.

This reservation service collects your name, email address, optional phone number, party size, number of children, and any note you choose to provide. We use them only to manage your requested Santa visit and contact you about it.

Details are stored on the operator's VPS. The operator can view and update requests through a protected admin page. We do not take payment on this site. To request access to or deletion of your details, email og06ai@gmail.com.

We keep reservation details for the current booking season and delete them when they are no longer needed for the visit or related records. Technical session cookies are used for form security and admin sign-in.
